About Panther180
Started in February 2016, Panther180 aims to create a central record of all FIU faculty to help connect with their colleagues across the University and stay Worlds Ahead. This is done by collecting and storing information on the activities of the University’s faculty. The types of activities for which information is collected include teaching, research and grants, professional service, professional development activities, service to the University, college, and department, honors and awards, and scholarly publications.
With this electronic management, recorded activities can be compiled into reports within Panther180. Those with appropriate permissions, such as department chairs and deans, can access and search the information associated with your CV, your research citations and scholarly publications, your service, and the documents and submissions with your reviews, evaluations, tenure applications and promotions.
The Panther180 system is available all year-round and we encourage you to keep your profile and activities up to date.
